Terms of delivery

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany (Germany) takes place within 5 – 15 days, in the case of foreign deliveries within 7 – 19 days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

More details about payment

We accept PayPal payments for all items covered by the PayPal Buyer and Seller Protection Program. Please note that according to the PayPal Terms and Conditions and the PayPal Buyer Protection Policy, precious metals are excluded for investment purposes. For this reason, we can only offer the PayPal payment for our jewellery range as well as for items without precious metal content up to a value of 500 EUR. We hope for your understanding. If you have any questions regarding this exclusion, we recommend that you contact PayPal directly.

Payment limit: 500 EUR (not for investment precious metals)

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the goods are shipped.
